Chief Commercial Officer

SatoshiPay is a fast-growing Berlin and London based technology company founded in 2014. We are right at the center of the constantly evolving fintech industry, reinventing payments, banking, and money. We are looking for an experienced entrepreneur as an addition to our founding team. Our ideal candidate will have a background in high-growth tech businesses, with demonstrable experience launching and driving an international B2B tech business, be excited to build out our stellar team, product, and successfully lead our go-to-market activities.


  • Develop and implement strategic marketing, sales plans and forecasts to shape the commercial path to support growth of our company
  • Compile and review competitor products, sales and marketing activities with constant evaluation of the strategic priorities
  • Build commercialization infrastructure, including structuring and growing the organization to drive market adoption of the company’s products
  • Identify market opportunities and lead the assessment and prioritization of geographic as well as market segments
  • Lead development of the B2B marketing strategy in order to increase market penetration and sales growth
  • Ensure ongoing and proactive contact with international, national, and local media to maintain a strong global network of known media contacts
  • Grow and maintain relationships to venture capitalists and strategic investors
  • Represent the company at conferences and networking events
  • Build alongside the leadership team a top performing organization, sustain motivation through rapid growth, and lead by example


  • Proven executive experience in the fintech industry
  • Experience and positive track record with executing business partnerships
  • Excellent understanding of the digital landscape and payment sector
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic
  • A confident and persuasive leader and speaker, adept at confidently delivering compelling presentations to customers, media representatives, and investors
  • MBA degree or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Marketing & Sales
  • Willingness to travel
  • Previous experience in founding /co-founding a company is a plus
  • Experience and positive track record raising and negotiating funding is a plus
